Dracula’s Daughter : Goth/Industrial Night is a monthly event with resident DJs End:the DJ, Mephi, Mouse, Poe and Vitae, as well as, live acts and guest DJs. They spin an eclectic mix of goth, industrial, ebm, synthpop, new wave, dark wave, ethereal 80’s music (For example, bands like The Sisters of Mercy, The Cure, Siouxsie the Banshees, Bauhaus, Love Rockets, The Cult, Rasputina, Wumpscut, VNV Nation and many others.)

BOWIE vs PRINCE on Friday May 16th, 2008 with DJs Fifi Hi-fi, Mephi, and Mouse.
Prince and associated artists go toe-to-toe on the dance floor against David Bowie - this is the ultimate dance party! DJ's mix album cuts, remixes, rare tracks and classics from their extensive music collections to battle it out on the turntables. This face-off always promises to be a dance marathon - "I Wanna Be Your Lover" takes a swing at "John I'm Only Dancing," only to be pounded by "China Girl," which had better watch it's back when "Kiss" comes around.
This event is presented by Forgotten Sister Productions who have successfully produced parties in the Triangle for four years. "As a concept for a DJ battle, David Bowie vs Prince is brilliant," writes DJ Mouse, one of the deejays spinning the event, "These two musicians are not only so prolific, but guaranteed to keep people dancing all night long."
This dance party event features music from Prince, David Bowie, The Time, Tin Machine, Klaus Nomi, Spiders from Mars, Vanity 6 and many more. Who will win, The Purple One or the Man who fell to Earth? Who cares... this is the perfect night out to lounge with your friends, make some new friends, get your drink on, dance your @ss off and celebrate the music of both these musical icons.
